Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week evidence-based class offered by the VCAAA Fall Prevention Program. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-11:00am from April 9th through June 27th. Participants must be registered to participate. The series is available to Ojai Valley residents who are 60 years or older and are able to participate through the duration of the series.
