HICAP - 2027 Medicare Changes  Presentation (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) will take place on Thursday, October 15th  from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging will be reviewing Medicare changes for 2027.
