Yoga at HELP of Ojai  is a 7-week series being held on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1:30pm-2:45pm from October 29th until December 18th. No class on November 26th and 27th. The class is taught by certified Yoga instructors. Registration for this session will be on Friday, October 17th from 9:00am-10:00am. You must be present to register. The cost is $70.00 for the 7-week series. Yoga is available to Ojai Valley residents who are 55 years or older.
