Beginner Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance will be held on Mondays from 11:00am-12:00pm. Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that uses slow, flowing movements to promote balance, strength, and overall well-being. This Tai Chi class is designed to help you improve your stability and prevent falls. Available to Ojai Valley residents who are 55 years or older.
