HICAP - 2026 Medicare Changes Presentation (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) will take place on Wednesday, October 8th from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging will be reviewing Medicare changes for 2025.
