Physio-Ed is held on Fridays from 10:00am-11:00am. Improve your health and manage chronic conditions with Physio-Ed, a unique chair workout class. Created by local physical therapist Dr. Kathy Doubleday, this program is specifically designed to help participants mitigate the effects of aging, such as osteoporosis, balance issues, and hypertension. Led by Colette Miller, and sometimes streamed via video.
