Qi Gong is a gentle practice combining slow movements, meditative breathing, and visualization. It is accessible to all levels and abilities, whether performed seated or standing. Its purpose is both physical, aiding in balance and bone health, and spiritual, cultivating kindness, awareness, and peace. This class is taught by Terry Kvasnik, a lifelong practitioner and teacher of movement arts.
