Yoga at HELP of Ojai is a 6-week series being held on Wednesdays and Thursdays 1:30pm - 2:45pm from February 28th until April 4th. The class is taught by certified Yoga instructors.  Registration for this session will be on Friday, February 23rd from 9:00am - 10:00am at 108 S. Montgomery Street. You must be present to register.
